Annual revenue for the regional market  is estimated at $ 1.5 billion. With the move to Firm Fixed Price Contracts, companies are having a difficult time in hiring and training competent supervisory staff to manage the new FFP requirements. This aspect lends to missed milestone dates, contracts going over budget due to mismanagement and companies unable to recover these costs due to the FFP contract in place.
